I'm thinking the oven with light on is probably at a good temp. So probably a longer second rise might be helpful. Remember that times are a guide only - ambient temp, humidity etc are all factors. Generally speaking your eyes and a poke test is a more reliable guide. 350f is an OK temp - I bake my Babka at close to that (175c).
